In 1992, we started business as Hale Niu Dry Cleaners at the Waimalu Shopping Center in Aiea. (The only city or town in the US whose name is comprised only of vowels !) Two years later, we changed our name to DRY CLEAN EXPRESS; a name more in keeping with our mission to provide excellent, on the spot service. Today, our operations are run by Bruce Di Meo, a 30 year Hawaiian resident who became President and CEO in 1996.

DRY CLEAN EXPRESS provides a full-range of cleaning and laundry services, as well as on-premises custom tailoring, alterations and repairs at our retail stores. We specialize in:

We are the only company on Oahu that offers Dry Cleaning, Laundry, Alterations and Linen Service in house.
